Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Marketing experience in a Sr Manager/Manager capacity
  • 3+ years of experience in managing direct report. Demonstrable experience managing and growing members of the junior team
  • Highly analytical decision maker. Adept at translating consumer and performance insights into strategic roadmaps
  • Strong background in B2C marketing. Expert at developing and orchestrating effective B2C marketing strategy and GTM launch plans, including methods for customer acquisition, retention, performance optimization, and measuring effectiveness
  • Ability to drive projects forward while staying laser focused on the big picture and strategy
  • Thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Ability to prioritize multiple projects to achieve business objectives
  • Has excellent communication skills and can provide constructive feedback to management along with recommendations for performance improvements
  • Proficient with analytical and marketing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders to align on company goals and translating them into actionable marketing roadmaps
  • Actively partners with product management to align product and marketing roadmaps, prioritizing based on opportunity size and business strategy
  • Works closely with key stakeholders to ensure effective go-to-market planning and execution
  • Partner with performance marketing stakeholders to develop and execute marketing plans for assigned markets and/or products - including, PPC, SEO, Email, Content, Social, Affiliate, etc
  • Achieves business goals and B2C growth objectives through continuous analysis and performance optimization
  • Understands the products and services offering and approach of key competitors; communicates products and services differentiation and creates feedback loops with senior leadership and product managers
  • Drives effective product positioning and messages backed by market research and user segmentation
  • Manages direct reports and provides strategic guidance, aligning with business goals and needs
