Marketing Coordinator

Summary

Join Colibri's expanding Healthcare Marketing team as a Marketing Coordinator! You will play a key role in driving new business and strengthening customer relationships through strategic, multichannel campaigns. This position requires a detail-oriented approach, a passion for creative storytelling, and proficiency in data-driven strategies. You will collaborate with the Marketing Manager and design team to develop and execute engaging campaigns, manage project timelines, and analyze campaign performance. A bachelor's degree in marketing and at least two years of marketing experience (B2C preferred) are required, along with HubSpot experience. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Marketing Manager to develop and launch engaging marketing campaigns
• Work with the design team to create compelling, on-brand visuals and assets
• Craft clear, audience-focused copy that aligns with campaign goals
• Create and optimize promo codes and banners to boost conversions
• Ensure accurate audience targeting, subject lines, and engagement strategies
• Manage timelines, editorial calendars, and campaign assets for seamless execution
• Track key metrics, generate insights, and report on campaign effectiveness
• Assist in special projects and contribute to overall marketing strategy
• Complete other duties and special projects as assigned
