Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering and analyzing industry and market data, partner needs, and competitive information
- Support the team in conducting surveys and compiling feedback to inform partner marketing strategies
- Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials and toolkits, ensuring alignment with partner needs and Global brand guidelines
- Coordinate and distribute the partner newsletter, keeping partners informed of the latest marketing toolkits, news and information to support their requirements and improve engagement
- Work with the Alliances and Channel Partner sales team to ensure marketing materials and campaigns align with Alliance and Partner business objectives
- Provide teams with necessary collateral and information to support their efforts
- Assist in tracking and analyzing marketing campaign performance metrics
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness, market trends, and partner feedback for the marketing team
- Manage marketing calendars, schedules, and deadlines to ensure timely execution of marketing activities
- Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenditures
- Help manage partner databases and support partner engagement initiatives
