Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, website updating, and creative writing
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences and channels
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
- Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives
- Manage email lists, segmentations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
- Analyze email campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for engagement and conversion
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement
- Implement social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
- Update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance
- Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features, functionality, and design improvements
- Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and traffic
- Produce compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, email campaigns, and advertisements
- Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing channels
- Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, social media, and website marketing efforts
- Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and tactics
