Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing, social media management, website updating, and creative writing
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact), social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer), and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal)
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft engaging and persuasive content for various audiences and channels
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights
  • Creativity and attention to detail, with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote products, events, and initiatives
  • Manage email lists, segmentations, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM)
  • Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and opportunities for engagement
  • Implement social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
  • Update website content regularly to ensure accuracy and relevance
  • Collaborate with the web development team to implement new features, functionality, and design improvements
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to increase visibility and traffic
  • Produce compelling and persuasive copy for marketing materials
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all marketing channels
  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for email, social media, and website marketing efforts
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, insights, and recommendations for improvement
