Responsibilities include maintaining the marketing calendar, delivering marketing plans, coordinating cross-functional timelines, supporting campaign execution, tracking budgets, and contributing to special projects. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with multi-channel campaigns. Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing coordination, media operations, or project management within a B2C or integrated agency environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills—you’re a natural calendar keeper, status documenter, and cross-team connector
- Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and working across creative, media, and strategy functions
- Ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables without dropping balls
- Analytical; know your way around a spreadsheet and marketing and media budgets. Comfortable interfacing with finance, marketing analytics
- Proficiency with G-Suite, spreadsheets, and light budget tracking
- A team-first attitude, curiosity to learn, and calm presence under pressure
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain the central media channel orchestration and growth marketing channel campaign calendar—keeping all stakeholders aligned across evergreen and "big bet" GTM initiatives
- Deliver consolidated growth marketing/marketing plans of record for our quarterly executions
- Coordinate cross-functional timelines and deliverables with Creative, PMM, Media (agency & in-house), Product, and Business teams
- Manage project check-ins and status documentation to ensure campaign execution remains on track
- Support the end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, including asset delivery, trafficking coordination, launch pacing, and QA in collaboration with PMM, Creative, and other marketing teams/functions
- Help drive alignment across paid media, lifecycle, product marketing, and international teams
- Anticipate and flag execution risks or delays, proactively resolving issues with the right partners
- Track budget allocations and approvals for key initiatives in partnership with marketing ops and finance
- Help reconcile invoices, assist with accruals, and support spend tracking
- Contribute to special projects (e.g. campaign retros, playbook creation, testing calendars) and help build operational infrastructure that scales
- Occasional ad-hoc, reporting, project management, planning
