Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison for five external agencies (SEO, PPC, CRO, Video, Social Media)
- Track progress, manage deliverables, and hold agencies accountable for performance and deadlines
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks internally to avoid bottlenecks
- Oversee content production, SEO initiatives, CRO tests, and video creation
- Lead the initiative to grow our YouTube channel with high-quality, subscriber-focused content
- Ensure HubSpot integration and lead management workflows are functioning seamlessly
- Manage performance reporting and analysis across all marketing channels
- Use Google Sheets/Excel to track lead targeting and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor and optimize key performance metrics, including SEO rankings, PPC results, and CRO test outcomes
- Create and manage workflows in Zapier for automating marketing processes
- Collaborate with external development teams to ensure website updates (WordPress) align with marketing goals
- Work closely with the CEO/CMO to prioritize and delegate tasks
- Provide regular updates and insights on agency performance and marketing progress
- Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and success
