- Experience working closely with marketing teams to support the end-to-end sales process
Responsibilities
- Assist with HubSpot data entry and lead tracking
- Ensure HubSpot is kept accurate and up to date
- Ensure new contacts and prospects are entered into the CRM system and moved through the sales pipeline efficiently
- Creation of proposals to support the sales team and ensure timely delivery to clients
- Follow up with recipients to confirm receipt, answer questions, and provide updates to the sales team as necessary
- Assist with the planning, execution, and tracking of sales and outreach campaigns
- Interface with internal and external marketing resources to support campaign content creation and ensure timely delivery
- Track campaign performance and provide regular updates to the sales team
- Coordinate with marketing vendors and internal teams to ensure alignment with sales objectives
- Assist with the scheduling, planning, and coordination of marketing events, including conferences, webinars, workshops, and client meetings
- Manage logistics, track RSVPs, and ensure proper follow-up after events to engage with new leads
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create materials and ensure event promotion aligns with campaign goals
- Attend conferences and manage booth setup and take down
- Conduct initial reach out and follow-up with new leads to move them through the sales pipeline
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to create estimates for potential projects, ensuring accurate details are captured
- Assist in the creation and delivery of contracts, working with the team to ensure that all terms are clear and in line with client requirements
- Support the sales team throughout the full Net New Sales cycle, from lead generation through client onboarding, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and communications are effectively managed
