Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a marketing, administrative, or similar support role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools such as CRM systems, social media management platforms, or CMS
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Organize and maintain marketing team schedules, meetings, and calendars
  • Prepare, proofread, and edit marketing materials, presentations, and reports
  • Manage departmental correspondence, including email communications, memos, and internal updates
  • Assist with expense tracking, budget reconciliation, and invoice processing
  • Coordinate logistics for marketing events, webinars, and trade shows, including venue booking, attendee registration, and material preparation
  • Monitor and update marketing project trackers and campaign calendars
  • Support the maintenance and organization of the marketing content library, ensuring assets are up-to-date and accessible
  • Assist with market research, data entry, and compiling analytics reports
  • Assist in updating and maintaining the company website and social media platforms
  • Schedule and manage social media posts across platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging
  • Monitor engagement and compile social media performance reports
  • Serve as a liaison between marketing and other departments, ensuring clear communication and alignment on shared projects
  • Coordinate vendor relationships, including managing contracts, timelines, and deliverables
  • Support team onboarding by organizing materials and facilitating training sessions for new marketing hires

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Hubspot, Adobe Creative Suite)
