Requirements

  • Experience in marketing coordination, project management, or digital marketing
  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills
  • Familiarity with social media management tools, AI-driven marketing tools, and email marketing platforms
  • Experience with Google Analytics, reporting tools, and market research
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and website management platforms
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns, including web pages, brochures, blogs, emails, and other materials
  • Manage timelines, track project progress, and ensure marketing initiatives are completed on time and within budget
  • Organise and promote webinars, trade shows, and company-sponsored events
  • Gather and analyse market trends, competitor insights, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies
  • Develop and schedule content using AI and marketing tools, maintaining a structured content calendar
  • Schedule, post, and monitor social media content, responding to comments and inquiries as needed
  • Track marketing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools, providing regular reports to the IOM
  • Act as a communication bridge between the marketing team, other departments, and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Support customer and prospect database maintenance, ensuring data accuracy and coordination among users
  • Ensure all promotional materials and marketing assets align with the company’s brand guidelines
  • Assist in creating, sending, and tracking email campaigns targeted at different customer segments
  • Update website content, including case studies, blogs, and promotional materials
  • Identify and report potential issues affecting campaign effectiveness or marketing plan execution
  • Work on assigned internal projects to improve processes and efficiency within the marketing team
