Join Karbon, a leading practice management software provider, as a Campaign Coordinator to drive impactful marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the product marketing team to execute campaigns aligned with product launches and business objectives, ensuring seamless execution and alignment between messaging, target audiences, and campaign goals. This role involves working closely with Product Marketing Managers to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable campaigns and collaborating with cross-functional teams to produce and deliver campaign assets. You will also manage campaign timelines, track deliverables, monitor performance, and provide insights to key stakeholders. This position requires strong organizational and project management skills, detail-orientation, and the ability to work cross-functionally with global teams across time zones.
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or product marketing support
- Experience working in B2B SaaS
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in campaign execution and content review
- Comfortable working cross-functionally and coordinating with global teams across time zones
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that align with product launches and business objectives
- Assist with product positioning, messaging, and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate go-to-market strategies into actionable campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (Content, Design, Sales Enablement, Growth Marketing) to produce and deliver campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, social content, and sales collateral
- Develop and maintain product collateral, sales enablement materials, and content that supports product adoption and customer engagement
- Assist in audience segmentation and list management to ensure targeted outreach and engagement
- Manage campaign timelines, track deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates and insights to key stakeholders
- Support post-campaign analysis and reporting to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience developing product positioning, messaging, and sales enablement materials is a plus
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements
- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems is a plus. Preferred tools include Salesforce, Pardot, Qualified, and Asana
- A proactive, problem-solving approach and a strong desire to contribute to a high-performing team
