Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in partner management, sales operations, or a related field
- AWS or Microsoft partner portal experience required
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in Google Suites and familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams on partner-related initiatives and requests
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of joint marketing and go-to-market activities with partners
- Maintain and update partner-related documentation, including agreements, partner reports, and sales alignment
- Support partner reporting efforts by tracking key performance indicators and assisting with partner portal updates
- Coordinate partner training, certifications, and enablement programs to ensure our teams are up to date on partner solutions
- Facilitate internal communication between sales, marketing, and delivery teams regarding partner programs, updates, and opportunities
- Help identify and communicate co-selling opportunities between phData and our partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a technology services or consulting company is a plus
- Passion for partnerships, collaboration, and driving business impact through strategic relationships
