Requirements

• With 5+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department
• You must have a portfolio of creative samples showing a range of work
• Hands-on proficiency with the Adobe Creative Suite, Figma
• A passion for quality, and a need to push design skills to the limit
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency in all design and brand touchpoints
• Must be self-motivated and able to manage multiple parallel-path projects
• Team player who enjoys collaborating with a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Produce design works across various formats and platforms
• Drive execution of creative assignments, including video and photo production, creative development, and events
• Support developing innovative and creative concepts, and prove them through visual presentations with art directors
• Based on brand guidelines, establish and maintain a consistent look and feel for regional initiatives
• Collaborate with different marketing functions, including marcom, social marketing, and email marketing
• Collaborate with the product team to deliver a successful outcome and project efficiency

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in motion graphics/ 3D animation production is a plus
