Summary

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of professional experience designing for digital, print, and web, with a solid understanding of design principles and best practices
  • A strong online portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Google Workspace
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership
  • Attention to detail, especially at a fast pace
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions
  • A team-oriented mindset with the ability to accept feedback and apply creative direction effectively

Responsibilities

  • Create visually engaging designs across in-app, digital, and print channels that effectively communicate Twin Health’s value propositions and key messaging
  • Apply brand guidelines consistently to ensure a cohesive and professional look across all design projects
  • Work closely with the marketing, content, sales, and product teams to understand project goals and deliver designs that align with objectives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing innovative and creative ideas for design concepts
  • Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality
  • Actively seek input from team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and enhance designs
  • Stay informed about design trends, tools, and technologies, bringing fresh and innovative perspectives to the team
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare marketing and/or B2B2C design
  • Additional skills such as video editing, 2D animation, and illustration
  • Interest and experience in AI tools
