Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
  • 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
  • A genuine passion for wellbeing and health is essential
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S

Responsibilities

  • Create visually stunning designs for various mediums, including email, print materials, landing pages, registration flows, social media graphics, presentations, and more
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design projects
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet objectives
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for design concepts
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality are maintained
  • Actively seek and incorporate feedback from team members and stakeholders to enhance the quality of designs
  • Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team
  • Additional duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • In-house, startup, and agency experience is a bonus
  • Experience with creative design for healthcare marketing and/or challenging to market products/services (B2B2C)
