Summary
Join Workleap as a Lead Designer and Art Director to shape the creative vision for marketing efforts. You will design and deliver various marketing assets, partner with brand leads on campaigns, maintain brand consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. A dynamic role juggling high-visibility projects alongside agile requests, requiring strong design skills, brand understanding, and excellent communication. The team is fast-paced, high-energy, and remote, emphasizing collaboration and trust. The company is focused on refining and expanding design systems to create a seamless customer experience. This role requires a minimum of 8 years of design experience, including 2 years in a lead role.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in design; including at least 2 years in a similar lead designer or art director role
- Understanding of and experience building Brand Identity Guidelines and Design systems
- Expertise in Art Direction (campaign concepts; photo and video production; events; print production)
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop; Illustrator)
- Microsoft Office/Google Suite: Strong skills in PowerPoint; Word; Excel; with the ability to create engaging presentations
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills; with the ability to present and explain design concepts to non-design stakeholders
- Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills; with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once
- Problem-Solving: Ability to approach design challenges with creative and effective solutions that align with business objectives
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver a wide range of digital and print marketing assets (ads, brochures, product sheets, whitepapers, presentation decks, social content, event materials)
- Partner with brand leads to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation and engagement
- Manage creative production timelines and processes for efficient delivery
- Maintain and evolve our brandβs visual language across all materials
- Contribute to the upkeep and documentation of design systems and brand libraries
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand guidelines and messaging across print, digital, and video
- Enable internal teams to autonomously apply branding with confidence and accuracy
- Review all designs for quality, accuracy, and consistency before release or publication
- Contribute to ideation and creative strategy sessions
- Collaborate with stakeholders across marketing, product, and brand teams to elevate our creative direction
