Marketing Events Coordinator

Summary

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management or related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver best-in-class results within deadlines and budget constraints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences
• Ability and willingness to travel to events

Responsibilities

• Work in alignment with the Marketing and Sales or Admin teams to ensure end-to-end management of all company events including ideation, planning, execution, and post-event recaps
• Ensure all logistical information for attendees is clearly communicated and organized, including events schedules, locations, regeneration details, and any additional relevant information to facilitate a seamless event experience
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop event content, presentation, and marketing collateral
• Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships to enhance market exposure, reduce costs, and ensure quality deliverables
• Manage swag inventory and distribute as needed for events and other company efforts
• Track and report on event success metrics, providing insight for future event strategies
• Communicate event progress to stakeholders, provide regular updates, and insights
