Marketing Events Coordinator

Summary

Join BlackCloak as an Events Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute marketing events, internal company events, and provide detailed reporting on their success. This role requires 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end event management or related roles, preferably within the cybersecurity industry.

Requirements

• 3 - 5 years of experience in end-to-end event management or related roles
• Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a passion for delivering innovative and memorable experiences
• Ability and willingness to travel to events

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute marketing events as well as internal company events
• Ensure logistical management of events, webinars, third-party conferences & networking events
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop event content, presentation and marketing collateral
• Evaluate third-party opportunities and build vendor relationships
• Manage swag inventory and distribute as needed for events and other company efforts
• Track and report on event success metrics, providing insight for future event strategies
• Communicate event progress to stakeholders, provide regular updates and insights
