Requirements

  • Have 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar role, demonstrating a strong understanding of marketing processes
  • Demonstrate a deep passion for creating customer-focused strategies and enhancing customer experiences
  • Possess familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and email marketing software
  • Have good written communication skills in English, with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and clarity
  • Possess strong planning, time management, and multitasking abilities to handle various projects effectively
  • Have a proven ability to manage projects from start to finish, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery
  • Be a natural team player, working well with colleagues across departments to achieve common goals
  • Have a proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing creative, practical solutions
  • Be comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and thriving under pressure

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, OOH) while ensuring all materials align with brand guidelines and messaging
  • Help manage the company’s social media presence on platforms like Meta, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, collaborate on email marketing campaigns, and support SEO/SEM efforts to enhance online visibility
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitors, preparing reports on key metrics and presenting findings to the marketing team and senior management
  • Work with cross-functional teams (sales, CRM, SEO, compliance) to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business objectives, while communicating marketing activities to internal stakeholders
  • Assist in planning, promoting, and executing marketing campaigns for events, ensuring clear and timely communication with attendees, speakers, and sponsors, both before and after the event
  • Support the marketing department with additional tasks and responsibilities as needed, ensuring the smooth execution of various projects and initiatives
