You will collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality content across multiple channels, including blogs, case studies, social media, and email marketing. Your responsibilities include content creation, campaign support, email marketing optimization, social media management, content hub maintenance, editing, competitor research, and ensuring brand consistency. This role requires demonstrated experience in content marketing, excellent writing and editing skills, strong interpersonal abilities, and high organizational skills. Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Content Marketing and a passion for B2B SaaS products, with a readiness to take ownership of content creation
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and training to others
- Strong interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships across teams and managing various stakeholders
- High level of organization, capable of managing multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail and a focus on quality control, able to easily identify and correct inconsistencies
- Inquisitive and curious, always seeking ways to improve processes and experiment to enhance marketing materials
- Good understanding of marketing channels and tactics and how content can be used to drive their success
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CMS tools (preferably HubSpot, WordPress, or similar)
Responsibilities
- Support LoyaltyLion’s brand strategy with content creation, including long-form content (blogs, case studies, ebooks) and short-form content (landing pages, social copy)
- Work closely with the Brand team to ensure content assets are available for campaign launches, suggesting topics, formats, and distribution techniques
- Collaborate with the CRM Marketer to test and optimize email copy, content, and templates to maximize clickthrough rates and engagement, meeting deadlines for newsletter and email distribution
- Create social media posts and content, ensuring regular high-quality posts across various channels, including experimenting with new platforms like TikTok, and working with the Marketing Director to promote employee advocacy
- Maintain and update the Content Hub, ensuring new content is added, tagged, and shared appropriately, and monitoring platform usage to support team members in effective content utilization
- Act as the gatekeeper for LoyaltyLion content, editing and reviewing content for consistency, providing feedback to team members on errors or inconsistencies in website or sales/CS/partner materials
- Conduct competitor and industry research, sharing and building ideas from industry content, collecting inspiration from content marketing leaders to enhance LoyaltyLion’s content production
