Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a marketing or related role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
  • Experience managing social media platforms and monitoring performance analytics
  • Proficiency in design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work seamlessly with creative team members
  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects across multiple brands
  • Basic knowledge of marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media insights)

Responsibilities

  • Assist the copywriter with brainstorming, editing, and refining written content to ensure it aligns with campaign goals and brand voice
  • Work closely with the graphic designer to create additional visual assets, ensuring consistency across platforms and campaigns
  • Provide operational and creative support for marketing projects and campaigns led by the team
  • Write compelling, audience-focused copy for a broad range of marketing collateral as needed
  • Collaborate with the team to develop creative campaign messaging and ideas
  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for our main brand and sub-brands across multiple social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement, trends, and opportunities, responding to comments, messages, and interactions in a timely manner
  • Track and analyse social media performance, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve reach and engagement
  • Support the creation of branded visual assets (e.g., social media graphics, banners, infographics) to complement the work of the graphic designer
  • Develop short-form video content for social platforms
