Requirements

  • Experience in digital marketing or a similar role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Clear understanding of various marketing platforms and how best to communicate on each: Google Ads, Display & Video 360, Campaign Manager 360, Analytics 360, Tag Manager 360, Looker Studio, Microsoft Advertising and Apple Search Ads
  • Strong grasp of SEO and ASO principles
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Effective planning and time management skills
  • Collaborative team player

Responsibilities

  • Support the Performance Marketing Manager and the wider Australian marketing team in delivering activities across the mix
  • Run the paid search, display, native, video, and paid social advertising campaigns
  • Support the growth of our YouTube and Social Media accounts through organic content
  • Write copy for the text ads, native ads, and social media
  • Prepare reports and analyse campaign performance, using insights to recommend optimisations
  • Share insights on key market trends and competitor activity
  • Review and optimise campaign landing pages with the goal of improving conversion rates
  • Assist with ad hoc department duties

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in financial services
  • Experience working with multi-region teams
