Requirements

  • You have a strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
  • You can create optimised copy for a range of channels
  • You understand how to leverage AI to streamline work without overreliance, with an ability to craft human-centred copy
  • You have a passion for social media marketing and understand how to get the best from each channel
  • You take an active interest in the latest marketing trends and campaigns
  • You hold yourself to a high standard and take pride in producing quality work
  • Ability to analyse data and create recommendations and reports
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
  • The confidence to ask questions where clarity Is needed
  • The willingness to learn and ability to adapt your marketing skillset to the needs of a niche B2B industry
  • Regular and timely communication with your line manager
  • Ability to work independently, taking briefs from your line manager and consistently outputting high quality and high volume of work

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our Marketing Manager to execute marketing strategies that deliver our objectives
  • Supporting content calendar creation and distribution for all our channels including topic ideation, writing creative briefs for the Design team and proposing accompanying copy. Channels include website, blog, social media, email, ads and sales collateral
  • Analysis and ongoing optimisation of campaigns
  • Conducting research into industry trends, potential partners, and competitors
  • Delivering cross-department marketing support, including sales, product, design and customer success
  • Supporting with online and offline event planning
  • Maintaining brand consistency throughout all messaging and visual media
  • Reporting on campaign performance to our Marketing Manager through weekly check-ins and a monthly marketing report
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • The recruitment, finance, or tech industry
  • Google Search Console / Google Analytics experience, and other marketing tools that aren’t listed above e.g. reporting, AI/automation
  • Video editing and creation
  • Design (we have in-house designers to create any visual output)
