Join Hims & Hers Health, Inc. as a Marketing Finance Manager! This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager of Marketing Finance. You will be responsible for the day-to-day core marketing budget planning, strategic capital allocation analysis, and various other financial analyses for the company's marketing operations. You will build partnerships with various teams, establish analytical frameworks, and deliver performance insights. Responsibilities
- Build deep partnerships with Marketing, Analytics, Accounting and Finance teams
- Manage the entire bottoms up marketing budget across all acquisition channels and other marketing related cost line items, ensuring high forecast accuracy
- Establish analysis and frameworks that enable agile decision making for capital allocation, new projects, and ongoing initiatives
- Partner with Analytics and Data Science to drive consistent reporting and enhanced decisions across multiple marketing measurement models (e.g. multi-touch attribution, media mix models, etc.)
- Think critically about marketing allocation and build models and frameworks from scratch to answer questions and influence decisions
- Support monthly and quarterly close, forecast, reporting models, and planning models
- Deliver performance insights on key financial metrics and ROI metrics
- Develop controls to mitigate risk and build out processes to drive efficiencies
- Manage, mentor, and develop analysts
- Model our Finance team values and contribute to learning and development across the team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Business intelligence software and data analytics tools (e.g. Looker), NetSuite Planning and Budgeting a plus
- Investment banking, early stage growth or eCommerce experience a plus
