Join Kraken's Organic Growth team as a fully remote App Store Optimization (ASO) specialist and drive sustainable, scalable user acquisition for our suite of mobile crypto apps. You will lead efforts to improve organic traffic through metadata optimization and keyword strategy, manage localized app store pages, collaborate on conversion rate optimization experiments, develop referral programs, and leverage data-driven decision-making. Success requires mobile growth expertise, strong data analytics skills, a deep understanding of growth fundamentals, and ASO mastery. Requirements

• Demonstrate experience driving organic user acquisition for mobile apps at a top-tier brand
• Show strong proficiency in data analysis, with experience using tools like Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Tableau, App Store Connect, Google Play Console, and third-party ASO tools
• Possess knowledge of growth models, virality mechanics, k-factor optimization, referral strategies, and conversion funnels
• Demonstrate proven ability to optimize metadata, improve keyword rankings, and enhance store page conversions
• Show ability to balance data-driven decision-making with creative problem-solving to drive meaningful growth
• Demonstrate strong interest in blockchain technology, digital assets, and the evolving financial landscape
• Show ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, design and engineering teams to align on strategies and execute growth initiatives

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to improve organic traffic through metadata optimization, keyword strategy, and app SEO across all Kraken mobile apps
• Manage and optimize localized app store pages to drive growth in key global markets
• Collaborate with the CRO team to support app store experiments that maximize install conversion rates
• Develop and optimize mobile refer a friend and incentive programs to enhance virality, improve k-factor, and drive organic user acquisition
• Use analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize organic growth performance, ensuring data-backed strategies drive user acquisition
• Improve our app store reviews and ratings to ensure we maintain a strong brand presence, finding opportunities to create review loops at the right moment by partnering with product and lifecycle teams
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor ASO strategies, and emerging mobile growth tactics to keep Kraken at the forefront of the market
