Summary

Join Miter, a leading HCM platform for the construction industry, as a Marketing Generalist. You will play a key role in scaling inbound marketing efforts, owning initiatives across content, digital marketing, events, and ABM campaigns. Working closely with product and sales teams, you will create compelling narratives showcasing Miter's value. This role offers significant opportunity to build and own critical parts of the marketing function within a rapidly growing company with product-market fit. Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Strong writing and content creation skills with experience in SEO best practices
  • Experience managing social media channels and creating engaging social content
  • Background in running paid digital advertising campaigns and analyzing campaign performance
  • Project management skills with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Responsibilities

  • Drive our content engine by writing and managing the creation of SEO-optimized blog posts, case studies, and thought leadership content
  • Manage our social media presence, particularly developing and executing our LinkedIn content strategy to build brand awareness
  • Create compelling customer success stories and case studies by interviewing customers and documenting their journey with Miter
  • Support the planning and execution of industry events and webinars to generate qualified leads
  • Run and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Google) with a focus on ROI
  • Execute ABM campaigns including direct mail, LinkedIn targeting, and gifting programs for target accounts
  • Design and execute experiments across marketing channels to evaluate their success and inform future strategies
  • Maintain our marketing assets including website content, sales collateral, and digital content library
  • Track and report on key marketing metrics to continuously optimize campaign performance
