Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in social media, email or digital marketing with a proven track record of channel growth and successful campaigns
  • Proficiency in Hubspot with the ability to leverage its segmentation, automation, and analytics features
  • Strong writing and communication skills, particularly for crafting persuasive and engaging email/social media copy, and understanding of digital marketing best practices
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize campaigns based on insights
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns/strategies that resonate with the Brand’s audience groups and networks, including business professionals across the career lifecycle. Ensure content is aligned with audience demographics, interests, and behaviors
  • Work cross-functionally with stakeholders to support and streamline various communications for monthly newsletters and targeted email campaigns
  • Develop compelling content and create campaigns for social media platforms that increase engagement and align with the organization's brand and mission; own the performance of all social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant channels
  • Build brand awareness, drive thought leadership, and grow our audiences through engagement and community management while maintaining a consistent brand voice across all channels
  • Manage the day-to-day operations including the content calendar for active publishing across digital channels
  • Monitor social media trends and best practices to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and leverage them to enhance the organization's social media presence
  • Regularly engage with the organization's social media community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify and engage with social media influencers, partner organizations, and industry leaders to develop a strong network and expand the organization's reach and impact
  • Write creative briefs, copy, and provide creative feedback on email/social media assets and campaigns
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for email (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and social media (engagement metrics). Regularly analyze results to optimize future campaigns, refine messaging for different demographic audiences, and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all digital marketing channels, including email, social media, and web
