You will be responsible for data integration from various platforms, maintaining data accuracy, automating processes, and generating insightful reports. Requirements
- Learn Google Sheets, Zapier, Hyros, Ads Manager & Internal Dashboards
- Learn CRM platforms, especially HubSpot

Responsibilities
- Download and integrate data from at least five different platforms, including HubSpot, OnceHub, Typeform, QuickBooks, and more
- Maintain and update backend datasets daily with 100% accuracy
- Debug and analyze data discrepancies, ensuring error rates stay below 1%
- Develop automated data processes to ensure updates are completed in under 30 minutes
- Expertly use Google Sheets formulas, including advanced array functions, queries, and pivot tables
- Create, maintain, and automate Google Sheets reports within a 1-hour turnaround time
- Extract relevant data from HubSpot in under 5 minutes per request
- Ensure data consistency and integrity within HubSpot, maintaining an accuracy rate of 99.9%
- Identify and correct CRM data issues within 24 hours of discovery
- Fetch key marketing campaign metrics from Hyros and Ads Manager within 30 minutes of request
- Generate reports that summarize campaign performance, delivering actionable insights with a 95% relevance rate
- Ensure marketing data is structured, organized, and readily available for decision-making within 1 hour of need
- Identify gaps in current data management processes and implement best practices, leading to a 40% reduction in manual errors
- Retrieve historical data from old records and CSV files to fill in missing data points, ensuring no more than 0.5% missing data per report
- Develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) for seamless data updates, reducing update time by 50%
- Have a basic understanding of Zapier to troubleshoot and fix automation workflows within 2 hours of failure detection
- Work closely with at least five teams across Slack to ensure data collection and reporting deadlines are met
- Send follow-up reminders for pending tasks, track team deliverables, and issue timely reminders with 100% follow-through
- Serve as a point of contact between teams, reducing bottlenecks and improving efficiency by at least 30%
