Summary

Join Azul as an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Marketing Intern and support the VP of Digital Marketing in developing and managing account-based programs for strategic accounts. Collaborate with digital marketing and sales teams to plan and execute marketing programs. Gain hands-on experience with industry-leading tools. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a natural curiosity. This part-time internship runs from February to June 2025. The hourly pay is $20 to $30 per hour, with compensation based on performance.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled full-time and pursuing a bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to participate in a part-time internship between February and June 2025
  • Comfortable with data and extracting insights from data
  • Attention to detail, strong project management, and time management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate across multiple teams
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel is required

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and mapping existing account journeys and buyer personas within target accounts to identify and develop relevant experiences and messaging for personas within each account
  • Create personalized content and messaging tailored to the needs and preferences of specific accounts and ICP personas
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing and Sales teams to align ABM marketing efforts with business objectives
  • Assist with the end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns, including campaign setup, segmentation, targeting, deployment, and optimization
  • Utilize marketing automation, CRM, and ABM platforms to track and measure the effectiveness of ABM campaigns, analyze key metrics, and optimize performance
  • Guide efforts to create standardized ABM reporting and dashboards for key accounts, presenting performance to the marketing department and stakeholders throughout the business
  • Design and execute multi-channel ABM campaigns (1:1, 1: few, 1: many) across priority accounts

Experience with Canva a plus
