Summary
Join EveryDay Labs as a Marketing Intern for a 10-week summer internship (2025, flexible start date) and contribute to our mission of reducing chronic absenteeism in schools. Working closely with the marketing director, you will create engaging content for various social media platforms, manage social media accounts, track analytics, write blog posts, conduct audience research, and collaborate on marketing campaigns. This full-time, remote position offers hands-on experience in digital marketing within a fast-paced, innovative environment. The internship provides valuable experience in content creation, social media marketing, and event planning, along with mentorship and professional development opportunities. Compensation is $4,800.
Requirements
- Be a current college student or recent graduate with an interest in Marketing, Communications, K-12 education, or a related field
- Possess strong writing and communication skills
- Have familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools
- Have a creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas and engage audiences
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Responsibilities
- Create content for social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, X, Bluesky, Facebook)
- Help manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to comments
- Track and report on social media analytics to help optimize content strategies
- Write blog posts, articles, and other content to engage our audience
- Conduct research to identify trends and topics that resonate with our target audience
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaigns
- Assist with the production of email newsletters and other marketing materials
- Assist with planning a conference event for customers and prospects
Preferred Qualifications
- Have experience with Canva
- Have a basic understanding of marketing principles
