Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed an undergraduate or graduate degree in business, economics, hospitality, or a related field
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work collaboratively in a team
• Strong understanding of prioritization and efficient allocation of time and resources
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High comfort level in interacting with clients
• Ability to work effectively and reliably in a remote-based environment
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Driving license
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills (German language skills preferred but not mandatory)

Responsibilities

• Assisting in the organization, planning, implementation, and follow-up or events in North and South Carolina
• Supporting the administration of our membership community by maintaining up-to-date information
• Engaging closely with members to enhance retention and continuously improve our services and benefits
