Join GuidePoint Security's Northwest Region as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience with Salesforce and Marketo. You will support the marketing team's daily functions, maintain marketing databases, create documentation, monitor database health, and compile data for reports. Responsibilities
- Support the Northwest Marketing Team with day-to-day functions
- Assist with marketing database, including maintaining clean lists, standardizing segment groups, and optimizing the internal data structure for GPS
- Create and maintain marketing operations documentation and processes
- Monitor database health and collaborate with internal teams on data quality initiatives
- Support management of contacts database to ensure good data hygiene and privacy data compliance
- Compile multiple data sources and create reports and dashboards to be used to drive marketing decisions
Preferred Qualifications
- Computer Skills: Experience with CRM databases and Marketing Automation Platforms such as SalesForce and Marketo, preferred
- Advanced Excel skills including formulas, v-lookup, conditional formats, pivot tables, etc
