Summary
Join SonicWall's Marketing team as a summer intern and play a key role in optimizing creative services processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices, research and recommend workflow improvements, and prioritize creative requests. The internship offers hands-on experience in project management and marketing operations within a global cybersecurity brand. You will gain mentorship from senior professionals and network with cross-functional teams, developing practical skills in project coordination and creative collaboration. This is a remote, 10-12 week summer internship.
Requirements
- Current student pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Project Management, or related field
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
Responsibilities
- Assist in evaluating and documenting the current intake and workflow processes for creative requests
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define best practices for submitting, managing, and fulfilling creative service needs
- Research and recommend tools or enhancements to existing systems to improve project tracking and visibility
- Help prioritize incoming creative requests based on strategic impact, deadlines, and resource availability
- Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and other internal teams to gather requirements and feedback
- Support the Creative Services team in managing day-to-day project workflows and status tracking
- Assist in developing process documentation, templates, and training materials
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management or creative tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana, Workfront, Monday.com, Adobe Workfront) is a plus
