Summary

The job involves supporting the CRM team for customer relationship management initiatives, data consolidation, analysis, reporting on campaign performance, designing and executing customer journeys, maintaining a campaign planning calendar, and participating in UAT on CRM related systems. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields, be passionate about the retail or FMCG industry, have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The intern is expected to work 2-3 days a week.
