Influencer Marketing Intern

Summary

The job is for an influencer marketing intern at WEBTOON who will identify entertaining content creators, pitch social media partnerships, recommend new influencers, assist with marketing campaigns, and work with internal stakeholders across Marketing and external partners. The position offers a flexible 20-29 hour work week, a hybrid program that runs for 3 months, and the opportunity to gain hands-on marketing experience in a professional environment.

Requirements

• You’re deeply engaged in WEBTOON and entertainment, especially with action, fantasy, anime, and gaming
• You must be knowledgeable about social media platforms from the brand perspective, including (but not limited to) TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram

Responsibilities

• Pitch social media partnerships and video ideas
• Recommend new influencers based on audience demographics, social media metrics, and content styles
• Assist with marketing campaigns and operations of our Ambassador community
• Update and track multiple content creation and upload schedules to ensure timely delivery of creative assets
• Schedule, organize, and monitor content performance with social media management tools (e.g. CreatorIQ)
• Optimize influencer generated contents for owned-and-operated channels
