Summary

Luxasia Group is seeking an organized and motivated individual to join their team as an E-Commerce Operations Executive on a 6 months contract basis or an E-Commerce Digital Marketing Intern. The roles involve supporting e-commerce operations, managing day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting with digital marketing tasks.

Requirements

• Tertiary education in business & marketing field, or any related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft utilities, especially Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms
• Oversee order fulfillment, inventory management, content management, and coordinating with logistics partners for efficient order delivery
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and support online campaigns and promotions
• Support the Regional Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Media Buying team
• Assist with monthly updates on regional media dashboard across multiple brands
• Support campaign performance tracking
• Support data extraction from platform seller centre
• Assist with day-to-day Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing & Media Buying
