Requirements

• You are studying or recently graduated with a bachelors or masters in Marketing or Business
• Strong analytical skills with a deep interest in business metrics
• Knowledge of data analysis tools (Sheets/Excel)
• Self-starter with a tenacious attitude and a passion for driving change
• Proactive, ambitious, and eager to learn, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to break down complex issues and propose innovative solutions
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute affiliate marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance product visibility
• Analyze performance data to assess affiliate effectiveness and optimize the program
• Recruit new affiliates and partners to broaden our network
• Build robust relationships with affiliates, offering support and resolving issues
• Create and optimize landing pages and website banners
• Continuously analyze business KPIs, identifying key issues and opportunities to optimize performance
• Stay informed on industry trends, competitor strategies, and new technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with affiliates, referral or influencer programs
• Experience with Product Led-Growth
