Summary
Join Centric Software as their Marketing Manager for EMEA, Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care, a fully remote position based in Paris or London. Lead the regional marketing team, developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the EMEA region. You will be responsible for multi-channel marketing campaigns, lead generation, and managing the marketing budget. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, along with experience in B2B software marketing. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role, and proficiency in marketing automation and CRM systems. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 8-10+ years of marketing experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in B2B software or technology industries
- Experience with demand and lead generation, field marketing and strategic account marketing
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and analytics tools
- Exceptional leadership, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care marketing strategies aligned with EMEA’s Marketing goals and Sales objectives to drive revenue growth and market penetration
- Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitive landscapes in the Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care European Markets to identify growth opportunities
- Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns & events to generate leads and nurture customer relationships for the Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care markets as well as Grocery
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives and paid advertising campaigns for the dedicated markets
- Manage specific marketing strategies tailored to strategic and large accounts
- Exploit the Company ecosystem (partners, media, associations…) to drive more efficiency from Lead generation programs and campaigns (digital and on site)
- Ensure consistent messaging and local branding across all channels and campaigns for the dedicated markets in EMEA respecting the Company Branding guidelines (design and writing)
- Partner with product marketing to localize product launches, promotional materials and sales tools
- Report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for regional marketing initiatives and on ROI
- Utilize analytics tools to track campaign performance and optimize strategies
- Manage the regional marketing budget for Food & Beverage/Cosmetics & Personal Care in EMEA, ensuring efficient allocation of resources
- Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing team, fostering professional growth and development
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners in the region
