Summary

Join CivicScience's Advertising team as a detail-oriented Marketing Manager to leverage the direct user engagement of our consumer insights platform. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with data and insights to inform marketing strategy and proficient in various software applications. Requirements

  • 3+ years in a marketing or media-related role, ideally within advertising, consumer insights, or the adtech industry
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience developing and delivering compelling marketing materials
  • Strong organizational and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple deliverables and meet corresponding deadlines
  • Comfort working with data, insights, and audience tools to inform marketing strategy
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace products, Hubspot, Salesforce, Canva, and Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Create high-impact content, including sales collateral, industry reports, email campaigns, social media posts, and Web copy
  • Use CivicScience's real-time insights to inform marketing strategies and identify emerging trends
  • Collaborate cross-functionally among marketing, engagement, and sales teams to translate messaging into compelling assets and fulfill inbound marketing requests in a timely and organized manner
  • Develop, evolve, and maintain a library of templated assets and design elements
  • Stay current on the competitive landscape, media trends, and client category dynamics to enhance marketing materials and positioning in the marketplace
  • Track performance of marketing campaigns and provide regular reporting on key metrics and insights to inform learnings and optimizations
  • Coordinate/maintain content calendars to support product launches, campaigns, and brand initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to deliver projects on time and on budget
