Summary

Join iHerb's dynamic team in Japan as a Digital Marketing Manager, driving customer acquisition and retention strategies. You will manage daily KPIs, budgets, and paid marketing campaigns, collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners. This role demands strong analytical skills and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape. You will develop and execute scalable paid media structures, analyze performance data, and identify new growth opportunities. The position requires fluency in Korean and English and a minimum of 6 years of relevant e-commerce experience. Based in Seoul, Korea, this role offers a remote/hybrid work arrangement.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant e-commerce experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required
  • Must be fluent in Korean and working level English
  • Strong understanding of the e-commerce landscape, global paid channels (such as Google, META), and genuine passion for digital marketing, particularly in driving performance-based results

Responsibilities

  • Drive customer acquisition strategies to attract new buyers and increase customer retention through marketing tactics
  • Define key metrics to set and measure performance per channel within agreed budgets
  • Build and execute scalable paid media structures and activity to ensure we can maximise spend and return
  • Report daily, weekly results and progress against spend and sales plan. Analyze channel reports, translate findings into insights and actionable growth tactics
  • In partnering with HQ Paid Marketing team, develop paid media strategies aligned with the companyโ€™s goals, negotiate local media buys, explore new channels, and launch partnerships to enhance visibility with key focus on growing our customer base
  • Identify trends in new media, digital media and the product space, formulate plans and strategies around these trends
  • Manage Korea specific promotions, curations and coordinate with global teams on for retention campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams to create and execute localized campaigns that resonate with local and global customer segments
  • Manage local agencies in improving impact and relevancy to Korean customers
  • Support Korea team to define commercial strategies and trade marketing calendar to accelerate sales
