Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing , preferably in B2B SaaS or tech startups
- A self-starter who thrives in high-growth environments , you love owning the process
- Expertise in demand generation, content marketing, and product positioning
- A strong storyteller , you can craft compelling messaging that converts
- Data-driven , you use analytics to measure performance and optimize
- Comfortable working with contractors & freelancers to scale execution
Responsibilities
- Execute on communication strategy for product launches using a tiered framework (P1, P2, P3)
- Create sales enablement collateral (one-pagers, pitch decks, battlecards, case studies)
- Own messaging & positioning βwork with Product to refine key differentiators and pain points
- Create & maintain competitive intelligence (comparison pages, objection handling guides)
- Manage & optimize the website to ensure clear and compelling product positioning
- Own all email marketing efforts , including
- Product Launches
- Closed/Lost Nurture Campaigns
- Monthly Customer Newsletter
- Segment-Specific Updates to partners
- Support on ABM (Account-Based Marketing) efforts , assist in the creation of tiered lists and marketing collateral required by sales
- Develop and execute an SEO-driven content plan to increase organic traffic & inbound leads
- Own content production , ensuring 2 high-quality articles per week to increase ranking on top keywords
- Track keyword rankings & backlinking efforts using SEMrush or similar tool to ensure visibility on key search terms
