Join N26 as a Marketing Operations Intern and support the execution and optimization of marketing production and localization workflows. You will assist the localization operations manager, plan and allocate resources, manage smaller projects, contribute to quality control, document processes, and manage freelance talent. This internship provides hands-on experience in localization, program management, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

  • Prior experience experience supporting cross-functional teams, managing timelines, and helping to deliver marketing or creative projects - ideally in a fast-paced or agency-like environment
  • Degree in Marketing, Operations, Communications or Business
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (other languages are a plus)
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to manage stakeholder communication and expectations across multiple teams and functions

Responsibilities

  • Support the localization operations manager with program coordination and maintaining clear, organized documentation
  • Assist in planning and allocating resources effectively, forecasting needs, and prioritizing tasks to align team capacity with marketing calendar demands
  • Support the end-to-end management of smaller projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and documentation, to ensure on-time, high-quality, and on-scope delivery
  • Contribute to creative asset quality control to uphold brand and production standards
  • Support in documenting all creative processes, best practices, and learnings (specifically related to allocations, Jira ticketing, and freelance onboarding) to Confluence, promoting transparency and knowledge sharing across the organization
  • Assist in sourcing and managing freelance talent, supporting onboarding, communication, and overall relationship coordination

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with project management tools - extra points if you know your way around Jira
  • Experience with Lokalise or other localization tools is a plus
