Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Program Manager to join our marketing team at Webex in Singapore. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record of 5+ years in B2B marketing, with a focus on program and event management
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English
• Ability to travel within the Asia Pacific region as needed

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute regional marketing programs aligned with business objectives
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across initiatives
• Lead end-to-end project management of marketing programs and events
• Manage budgets effectively
• Work closely with agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality marketing assets and execute campaigns and events on time and within budget
• Drive continuous optimization of programs through data-driven insights and experimentation
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
