Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, ideally within a marketing environment
• Proven experience managing a variety of marketing projects, such as funnel creation, ad campaigns, and creative content development
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work well with cross-functional teams
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to drive results while fostering a positive work environment
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee marketing projects including funnels, ad campaigns, and creative development
• Develop and overhaul current project management systems and processes
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and report on key deliverables
• Facilitate communication between team members and ensure everyone is aligned with project goals
• Monitor project performance, identify potential risks, and implement contingency plans to stay on track
• Ensure marketing projects adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and objectives
• Assist in managing budgets, timelines, and resource allocation for various marketing initiatives
