Remote Senior Marketing Project Manager

Summary

Join Clari's marketing team as a Senior Marketing Project Manager, where you'll play a key role in driving critical marketing initiatives. You'll lead project coordination, ensure alignment with organizational priorities, and take ownership of projects from inception to completion.

Requirements

• 4+ years of project management experience in a B2B tech or SaaS environment
• Strong familiarity with project management tools like Asana
• Familiarity with all areas within a B2B marketing team, including content, product marketing, and marketing operations
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Project Management certification (PMP or equivalent) is strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Support and lead cross-functional projects from start to finish
• Optimize project planning and execution
• Cross-functional collaboration: Act as the primary liaison for major projects between all Marketing teams and external vendors
• Translate strategy into action: Work closely with marketing leadership to convert high-level strategies into detailed project plans and RACIs
• Develop and manage global Marketing calendar. to capture and provide visibility into all Marketing programs, campaigns and launches in market
• Performance monitoring and reporting: Set KPIs and track progress to measure project success
• Risk mitigation and escalation: Proactively identify risks and develop strategies to address them
• Champion continuous improvement: Lead ongoing assessments of project workflows, introducing innovative solutions and best practices
