Marketing Project Manager

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience as a project manager
• 3+ years in an agency, client-facing, fast-paced, high-demand environments
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent or native-level English
• Super organized with great attention to detail
• Able to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and stay cool under pressure
• Comfortable working both independently and with a team

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships as their go-to contact
• Communicate creative and operational feedback clearly and efficiently
• Serve as the first line of support for client inquiries in Basecamp
• Guide both clients and the internal team through decisions and timelines
• Organize and lead kickoff calls, set agendas, and manage campaign timelines
• Set up campaign schedules and update internal tracking systems
• Create briefs, summary docs, and campaign-related materials
• Schedule and host R1 Comps calls with clients
• Keep Basecamp organized—tag team members, manage folders, and archive old campaigns
• Document and update internal processes and create SOPs where needed
• Support the Account Executive in back-end project management, ensuring smooth execution and coordination of deliverables and timelines

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with marketing channels like direct mail, email, and digital marketing
• Positive attitude and energy
• Ability to work full ET working hours
