Marketing Project Manager

Summary

Join Roadie, a UPS company, as a Marketing Project Manager and bring order to the fast-paced marketing world. You will be the operational core of the marketing team, overseeing project requests, timelines, and scalable systems. Responsibilities range from campaign launches to swag logistics, requiring precision, follow-through, and communication. You will onboard vendors, manage budgets, and ensure timely deliverables while improving team workflows. This role reports to the Director of Brand and Strategy and collaborates with various teams. Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination role
• Confidence managing creative timelines and budgets across multiple stakeholders
• Excellent organization and communication skills—you bring clarity to any room
• Experience with project management tools is required; proficiency in Wrike is a major plus, as it’s our core platform and will accelerate onboarding
• Comfort juggling deadlines, vendor communications, and system improvements all at once

Responsibilities

• Review inbound project requests and build timelines in partnership with creative leads
• Schedule production timelines and approvals, all while balancing priorities and capacity
• Maintain and evolve project workflows in Basecamp and our shared planning tools
• Drive quarterly systems improvements based on team feedback
• Source and maintain vendor options for events and swag (pricing, customization, lead times)
• Coordinate stakeholder approvals and ensure items align with event logistics
• Oversee company storefront logistics, inventory tracking, and special order fulfillment
• Partner with key stakeholders and our logistics team quarterly to manage inventory planning
• Manage vendor contracts, scopes of work, and invoice processing
• Track spend and assist with reconciliations across marketing projects
• Coordinate with Legal to ensure marketing assets and partnerships meet requirements
