Summary

Join Included Health as a Sr. Marketing Project Manager to lead and manage medium to large cross-functional marketing projects and campaigns. You will drive integrated project plans, manage creative projects and deliverables, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met. A strong understanding of creative workflows and a systems-oriented mindset are essential. This role also involves supporting the team's transition to a more scalable workflow using Asana. You will collaborate with various teams, including Partner Marketing, Growth, and Creative teams. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative operations or marketing.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in creative operations, marketing, or in-house agency environments
  • Proven experience managing creative deliverables within larger, cross-functional marketing campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of creative workflows, including design, copywriting, production, and review cycles
  • Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders across marketing functions (e.g., channel, strategy, brand)
  • Proficiency with Asana or similar project management tools
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
  • Familiarity with intake systems and traffic coordination models
  • Experience supporting marketing campaign frameworks and asset roadmaps
  • Comfort working in organizations undergoing workflow or tooling transitions

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management for integrated marketing initiatives, with a focus on creative execution within broader campaign plans
  • Manage intake and scoping of new project requests, aligning creative resources with project needs and timelines
  • Build and maintain cross-functional project timelines, status trackers, and delivery schedules using Asana
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between Creative, Partner Marketing, and Growth teams
  • Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly aligned and met throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify and escalate risks, bottlenecks, or resource conflicts proactively
  • Partner with marketing leadership to scope, plan, and prioritize projects that align with business objectives
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-functional marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment and accountability across teams
  • Contribute to the development and documentation of scalable creative workflows and standard operating procedures
  • Support change management efforts related to tools, systems, and team process adoption

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in healthcare, tech, or highly regulated industries a plus (not required)
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification (not required)
