Summary

Join Azul’s digital marketing team as a part-time, temporary Go-To-Market (GTM) Project Manager. This role supports upcoming product launches, business development initiatives, and marketing campaigns. You will oversee planning and execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery. As the central point of contact, you will facilitate communication and collaboration between Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams. You will manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines, proactively identifying and mitigating risks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented with exceptional project management skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally. This contract position requires 10 hours per week.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing or project management β€”preferably in a GTM or Project Management capacity
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders and cross-functional teams with clarity and efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Familiarity with marketing and campaign launch processes is required

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the planning and execution of GTM initiatives, ensuring alignment across teams and timely delivery of key milestones
  • Act as the central point of contact between Marketing, Product Marketing, and cross-functional teams, facilitating clear communication and collaboration
  • Manage timelines, dependencies, and deadlines leading up to each launch, proactively identifying and mitigating risks
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, documentation, and execution strategies for seamless GTM launches
