Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher education
• 2+ years of marketing project manager experience
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, JIRA, or similar)
• Strong ability to formulate clear and actionable tasks
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian
• Solid understanding of branding and broader marketing disciplines
• Exceptional planning, organizational, and coordination skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven sense of ownership and accountability in managing projects
• Highly motivated, eager to learn, and committed to professional growth

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful implementation of assigned brand projects from conception to completion
• Suggest process optimization ideas and create implementation plans
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, UI/UX, Brand Designers, and Copywriters, to achieve brand objectives
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and platforms
• Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends and analyze competitive activity within the health and wellness industry
• Generate innovative ideas and brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness and engagement
• Monitor and analyze key brand performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of marketing efforts and identify areas for improvement
• Perform other Executive Project Manager tasks as required to support the team’s overall objectives
