As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in executing marketing strategies to promote products, strengthen the brand, and drive growth. This position requires 3+ years of experience in event marketing, social media management, or related fields, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results. You will plan and execute company events, manage social media platforms, collaborate with the marketing team, and maintain brand consistency. Requirements
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 3 or more years of marketing experience, with a focus on event and/or social media marketing
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google suite, Notion, and Zoom webinars
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Creative, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company-hosted events, webinars, and conference sponsorships to generate leads and increase brand visibility
- Keep a pulse on events in our industry and make suggestions for where we should focus
- Develop a strategy for driving registrations and attendance at online events
- Develop a strategy for in-person event presence; what will draw people to our booth and help facilitate meaningful conversations
- Collaborate with leaders across the organization as it relates to company events
- Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics for events
- Measure and report on event ROI, including leads generated and brand impressions
- Create and execute a social media strategy aligned with marketing goals
- Manage daily posting, engagement, and content creation for LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram platforms
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize performance and inform future campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team on ideas and strategies
- Solve complex problems
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing channels
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in the SaaS and/or healthcare industry is a strong plus
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
