Summary

Join Ubiminds, a GPTW-certified company, as a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to scale go-to-market efforts in the U.S. tech market. You will own the digital ecosystem (website, blog, landing pages), plan and optimize multichannel campaigns, build marketing automation flows, track key metrics (CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs), collaborate with sales and design, lead A/B testing and CRO initiatives, and manage performance reporting. This role requires proficiency in digital marketing (B2B/SaaS), fluency in English, advanced experience with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools, and the ability to plan and measure marketing funnels. Preferred qualifications include experience selling to U.S. tech companies or working with international audiences and familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot. Requirements

  • Proficiency in digital marketing roles (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken)
  • Advanced experience with WordPress, Elementor, ActiveCampaign, and SEO tools
  • Ability to plan and measure marketing funnels and buyer journeys
  • Hands-on knowledge of AI tools and their use in marketing ops
  • Strategic thinker with high ownership and strong execution drive

Responsibilities

  • Own our entire digital ecosystem: website, blog, landing pages (WordPress + Elementor + Active Campaign)
  • Plan, launch, and optimize multichannel campaigns (email, SEO, LinkedIn, partnerships)
  • Build and improve marketing automation flows in ActiveCampaign
  • Track CAC, LTV, MQLs, SQLs, and help push marketing-sourced revenue
  • Collaborate closely with sales and design to align messaging and drive pipeline growth
  • Lead our experimentation roadmap β€” A/B tests, CRO, AI tools
  • Own performance reporting and optimization cycles

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling to U.S. tech companies or working with international audiences
  • Familiarity with Marketo or HubSpot
  • Contributions to communities, podcasts, or thought leadership
